Warehouse Security

  • To enter the facility, all non-employees must sign a log with their name, time-in and time-out.
  • All visitors will be escorted by a GSS employee and staff will be with the visitor at all times.
  • Inside the warehouse, a secure area is designated to the document destruction process.
  • Materials to be shredded are monitored and physically secured from unauthorized access.

  • We pickup the closed, locked containers and load those containers into our secure trucks or vans.
  • The process eliminates materials being lost in wind, unauthorized access, noise and congestion.
  • Written policies for drivers and processing employees are in place.
  • Company uniforms and photo ID badges are worn by the employee as the service your account.
  • Pickup vehicles are locked and secured as they transport your locked bins to the shredding floor.
